DELIVERY

Step 1

Place all prepared items in the box. Please be sure to tightly pack foam or other packing material around the items to avoid shifting or harm to the case during transportation.

Step 2

When shipping an articulator, separate the top and bottom, place in separate boxes with the models and bite.
Then wrap the items in bubble wrap and place in box with foam on top and bottom to protect the integrity of the models.

Step 3

Make sure to place your prescription sheet in the box, along with any coupons that you may have. Next, seal the boxes securely with packing tape.

Step 4

Attach your completed airbill to the top of your package. Call Fedex to schedule a pick up.

In 24 Hours your box will arrived to our Lab.

Perfection is our passion. WE double check every case before goes out the door to ensure that all are free from defects. Therefore , remakes and adjustments are almost non-existent in our laboratory.

Our philosophy is “do it right the first time”

All completed cases are guaranteed for four years after the date of delivery. This helps assure you and your patients peace of mind. If the case is unsatisfactory for any reason , return it and we will repair or remake the case free of charge unconditionally.

Excluded from guarantee:
Severe health alterations causing tooth decay.
Low and unsatisfactory dental hygiene.
No yearly check-ups.
Severe bone loss caused by general health alteration and age.
Additional treatments or disease that cause damage to your teeth.

We, the staff of  TOTAL-DENTAL, believe in providing high quality products and services.  Towards that end, we
guarantee our standard fixed dental prosthetics will be constructed using appropriate materials and best practices of any well run dental laboratory.  Our dental prosthetics will conform to the written specifications provided with each prescription.  If a case fails to meet the specifications of the dentist as listed in the prescription, we will either repair or replace the prosthetic or provide a credit to the account.  This guarantee is valid for  a 5 year period, on all fixed restorations, excluding All-Ceramic restorations, if the failure is due to defects in materials or workmanship.

Total-Dental Quality Check System

Total-Dental performs a multi-point quality check on all cases leaving the building.  If a case does not pass the quality check, then it does not go out the door.  Our process also involves feedback from our dentists.  We provide feedback cards to help determine the quality of the crown or bridge once it is received and set.
